Evangelist Jermel and his wife Michelle first met as students at Irvington High School in Irvington, New Jersey, where they became high school sweethearts. In April of 1999, while Jermel was attending Montclair State University, his life was dramatically transformed by the power of God during a Bible study in his dorm room. Through a campus missionary, he was introduced to Pastor Jon Wegner, Senior Pastor of Vailsburg Assembly of God in Newark, New Jersey. What began as discipleship soon grew into a deep mentorship under Pastor Jon's guidance. At the time, Michelle had not yet come to faith. But in August 1999, through her growing relationship with Jermel, she was introduced to Jesus Christ and gave her life to Him. Not long after, God placed a call on both of their hearts to serve in ministry. In 2001, they stepped into part-time youth pastor roles at Vailsburg Assembly of God. During this season, they developed a deep passion for seeing young people encounter Jesus and grow in their walk with God. On May 12, 2001, Jermel and Michelle were married, committing not only to one another but to a shared life of serving the Lord and His Church wholeheartedly. Their journey took a significant turn on November 18, 2007, when their mentors and dear friends, Rev. Jon and Miriam Wegner, announced they would be transitioning to lead Marlton Assembly of God. While the church was initially shocked, attention soon turned to Jermel and Michelle. On December 2, 2007, they officially stepped into the role of lead pastors of Vailsburg Assembly of God. Their ministry has expanded globally. Jermel and Michelle traveled to Rwanda, where they partnered with AG missionaries to lead a powerful week-long youth camp for pastors' kids. In obedience to God's call, they have since transitioned from a lead pastor role and have stepped into full-time evangelistic ministry as the founders of Regenerate Ministries. Through Regenerate, they have led marriage conferences, youth gatherings, men's and women's events, and preached the Gospel across the globe through missions trips.
REGENERATE SUNDAYS
Connecting with pastors and congregations on Sunday mornings is special. We call it “Regenerate Sundays.” This is a high evangelistic opportunity for your church. Our Regenerate Sundays give churches an opportunity of reaching and influencing their community for Christ. We recognize that people want to invite their friends to church but need an avenue through which to do it. On this weekend, I present a clear gospel presentation with a clear call, giving people an opportunity to respond to the message. Time after time we have witnessed God speaking to and touching hearts in congregations in the U.S. and around the world.

REGENERATE REVIVALS
Give your congregation an opportunity to experience the power of the Holy Spirit through extended services beyond your traditional Sunday morning service(s). Our Regenerate Revival Services focus on the person of the Holy Spirit and what He desires to do in and through ordinary people. Our theme for these special services is, “A Fresh Start with God.” I love to see the local church and their leaders fulfilling God’s plan and purpose for their lives to impact their community.

God has given me the gift of encouragement. I have recognized over and over again the need for leaders to be encouraged, equipped, and empowered to lead themselves and their congregations. With 18 years of ministry experience, I understand the challenges of leading people and churches. I would love to engage you and/or your leadership team with effective ministry tools to become the best that you can be to influence your community for Christ.

MARRIAGE RETREATS
My wife Michelle and I are high school sweethearts with a unique story and journey that connects with people. We have been together for over two decades and we believe that strong marriages make for strong families and strong families make for strong churches. Our marriage retreats/conferences are Biblically based and extremely practical. We partner with churches and pastors all over and we will work with your budget. Some pastors/churches choose to have their marriage retreats at hotels/conference halls and others choose to host them right at their church. It’s up to you! REGARDLESS OF THE LOCATION, it’s a lot of fun that leaves a lasting impact on the marriages within your church.
